By sending this description form, you certify that you are buying the work for yourself, that you authorize us to carry out, at our expense, the necessary research in complete anonymity in order to identify a seller who meets your requirements and that you agree, if and only if the research proves positive, to pay us a result commission of 4% calculated on the sale price.

On receipt of your Property Details and descriptive photographs (if available), we will carry out preliminary checks to ensure the authenticity of this information.

We will then inform you of the result of our checks before proceeding with the search for the work, its essential documentary data as well as the sale price, all without any indication of your name.

When we have identified a seller who is likely to satisfy you, we will confirm this by sending you a message, but we will keep the seller's name confidential at this stage.

You will let us know if you agree to enter into a relationship with the Seller we have identified, in which case we will reply to you with full details and their email address.

We will never intervene in the future sale unless you specifically request it, and you are free to process the purchase on terms you agree with the Seller, including retaining a price different from the one you initially provided.
